Do I pay the transaction fees or does the customer?
The customer pays all transaction fees at checkout. When you list a product for $100, the customer sees a total of $107.00 ($100 + $7.00 in fees) at checkout. You receive the full $100.00 you listed.
This is called "pass-through pricing" - fees are transparently passed to the customer, so you always receive 100% of your listing price with no surprise deductions.
Why are transaction fees the same for all plans?
Our subscription plans are feature-based, not pricing-based. You pay for the tools and capabilities you need. Transaction fees cover platform maintenance and payment processing costs, which are the same regardless of your plan. This keeps our pricing transparent and predictable.
What's the difference between platform fee and payment processing?
Platform Fee (3.5% + $0.30): Covers hosting, infrastructure, automatic delivery, customer support, and platform maintenance.
Payment Processing (2.9% + $0.30): Stripe's fee for securely processing credit card payments.
Can I get lower transaction fees with a higher plan?
No. Higher plans give you more features (custom domains, advanced analytics, API access, etc.), but transaction fees stay the same at 6.4% + $0.60 per sale. This keeps our pricing transparent and predictable for all users.
How much do I actually receive from a sale?
You receive 100% of your listing price. Transaction fees are automatically added to the customer's total at checkout.
